Dr Guillem Bernat, CEO of Rapita Systems Ltd been invited to join the ‘Space, Aeronautic & Embedded Systems’ Sub-Committee of the 26th European Symposium on Reliability of Electron Devices, Failure Physics and Analysis (ESREF 2015), which will take place in Toulouse (France) from 5th to 9th October 2015.
