We are pleased to announce the arrival of the latest recruit at Rapita Systems. Oliver Gettings successfully applied to study for an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Large Scale Complex IT Systems (LSCITS), a full-time four-year doctoral level research degree.
He will work on a research project involving scheduling and timing behaviour verification and visualisation for large scale complex real-time embedded systems. Rapita Systems is the sponsoring organisation and will provide an industrial supervisor for Oliver. Dr. Robert Davis from the University of York is the assigned academic supervisor. Oliver graduated from the University of York with a degree in Computer Science with Embedded Systems Engineering. We wish him all the best as he starts his time at Rapita Systems.
