On Sunday 24th April 2016, Dr. Ian Broster from Rapita Systems will be judging on the panel for the NASA Space Apps Challenge in York.
The event is a global "hackathon" organised by NASA, taking place on the weekend starting 22nd of April for two days over night in over 80 locations.
Students will work on challenges set by NASA (software or hardware projects) and hack away for two days. On Sunday, the students will deliver presentations, judged by a panel in York. The two winning teams are then nominated for a global judging by NASA and its partners.
