Marcus Barenhof of Embedded Tools (Rapita’s German Distributors) will deliver a paper on RapiTime entitled “Worst-Case Execution Time without measuring instrumentation”.
The worst-case execution time presentation will describe the concepts underpinning zero-overhead instrumentation and will show an example implementation that relates source code to specific assembly code labels.
A demonstration will then show how worst-case execution times are derived from the measurements made with an iSYSTEM or Lauterbach debugger.
Together, the presentation and demonstration will illustrate how existing commercial tools such as RapiTime can operate without the need for intrusive instrumentation.
On December 8th and 9th Rapita Systems will be jointly exhibiting at ESE Kongress with Embedded Tools. A key feature will be the launch of the beta program for RapiCover, our new on-target code coverage tool for system and integration testing.
