Floating licenses

RVS floating licenses make it easy for multiple people within an organization to use RVS in a shared environment such as a shared server, thin client system or virtual machine.

A single person can use RVS at once for each floating license available.

Access to licenses is managed by TCP/IP connection to a license server, which you can host on a Windows or Linux server. To run the server, the USB dongle we supply with RVS must be plugged into it.

Floating licenses can be used anywhere within a country or geographical region agreed prior to the license being issued.
