Rapita CEO to address ICT workshop

York, UK, 3rd September 2010 Guillem Bernat has been named as a guest speaker at an event with a difference. “Computing Systems – the future” is to hear from a variety of speakers who all have something to say about emerging trends and technologies in computing and the challenges and opportunities they will present. Guillem’s presentation on “Experiences of a spin out company” will cover the history of Rapita Systems before explaining how Rapita first became involved in EU research projects and the nature of the company’s current research work. The ICT Call 7 Workshop takes place at Cardiff University on Tuesday 7th September 2010. This event is part of FP7 (Seventh Framework Programme 2007-2013).
