Custom exports

RVS includes a custom exporter that lets you generate custom reports for results from your multicore timing analysis. Using this exporter, you can pull results from any of your collected performance metrics and automatically report pass/fail status based on your success criteria.

To generate custom multicore reports, you generate an input template file in a Markdown format. This can include free form text, metadata such as traceability information, and references to the results you want to include by using an API to your RVS report. RVS includes documentation and examples to help you get started writing your templates.

After generating your input template, you can export your results from within the RVS Project Manager using an inbuilt document converter, which lets you generate outputs in Markdown, Word, HTML and PDF formats.

You can configure the formatting for your output files using output templates. You can use one of our pre-defined output templates directly, use them to help you get started writing a template, or create custom templates for you and your team.
