The RTBx can collect data from embedded targets in multiple ways. The simplest way is to read data sent to GPIO ports, while it can also monitor address and data buses if these are externally accessible. In addition to these, custom strategies are available. As on-target specialists, we're confident that we can collect data from almost any embedded target.
The RTBx accepts LVDS signals, which have excellent signal quality even at high data transmission rates, and supports TTL signals when these are converted to LVDS. The hardware can connect directly using VHDCI connectors on the target board, or to pin headers on the board using standard adapters and flying leads to carry LVDS or TTL signals.
When this is not possible, it can be connected using custom cables developed to meet the specification of the target hardware.
